Here's what may be a sore subject but I don't mean it to be, just some thoughts. Should there be some reasonable limit on the amount of pics posted from a poster in a given day? I love all the pics from everyone but here's what I see happening and has happened to me quite a bit, so I've slowed down my posting ascross all groups.

Many of us belong to the same groups, so therefore our pics often get cross posted. I try to at least somewhat vary my pics to some extent in different groups. I post 5>15 pics and then someone comes behind me and posts 40>50 pics. Mine get buried and never viewed. Especially if there's a couple of people that do that. Then I go to my next group see the same 40>50 pics that I just saw at the last group.

Please take no offense as I love the pics that all contribute and is why I am here too, to share and be shared with, but is it really necessary to dominate the postings on a daily basis and in so many of the groups with the same pics? Really 10 or 15 pics daily are plenty from the same poster in my opinion.

The trouble is that many of the group set a quota on the number of photos. So I put the photo in another group of similar subjects. And then back to the one where it should have been posted.
In some cases, I can not do it, so the number of groups in which I can participate is limited, too. Thus constraints, in fact, only causing the need to put my pictures everywhere, wherever they are.
I am referring to the groups, where the limit is 2 or 3 pictures per day, not a row

Most of my groups do not have limits as the problem with large dumping of images to a group here are not common. Most of the groups here do not have large numbers of posts per day by members and most users know how to jump over those they are not interested in.

I have the a bigger problem in posters posting poor quality or off topic images. I require approval by admin in several for this reason to eliminate off topic images. Dealing with poor quality images is a much more touchy subject and involves personal preference. I rarely reject a image for poor quality and it is too subjective and I don't want to discourage those that do not have high quality gear.
