How about pictures with a story? Like the one below.
Harangue - Generik Vapeur - Amandine // Mata Hari

(I added the German word for stories: lunaryuna)

And what is the story about this little girl? I had to go to the photographer's stream to find out.

brainweather is a word to express the randomness of choosing photos ... we select them from the latest docs (as Eric did with yours) ... and somehow these choices express the weather of our brain at that particular moment ... at least this is how I interpreted it :-)

And personally I would like to know that story :-)

Merci, Amandine :-)

As for the term Brainweather, it was "invented" by a German friend. It is a new concept in English, I think. We have "brainstorming", which is when a group of people contribute lots of ideas actively towards a certain goal. I like to think of Brainweather as more passive, more individual, and more variable, with no "goal" as such. But I didn't invent the term. That is what "brainweather" means to me. If you want it to mean something else, that is allowed - it is your brain and therefore your weather !

(Pardonnez-moi, mon francais n'est pas fort !)
