Is this group about planning and designing bicycles (as the name suggests) or is it about bicycle infrastructure like paths, parking lots, bridges, traffic lights and so on?
Anyway an interesting group for me!

'Bicycle planning and design' really sounds like framebuilding and stuff, don't you think?
