Hello folks,

First sorry to had post so much picture in a row in group as this, not my kind usually, but I need help from you!

I have a project to have 4 pictures of 9 subjects, one of those is Architecture. I'm more a Landscape photographer than all others subjects, but Architecture is where I find for myself the most challenging since I can't evaluate myself and have a clear judgement on my pics.

If you can help by looking at 2 of my albums to give me your comments (Critics are more than welcome to improve) I will greatly appreciate.

Here the link for the albums
www.ipernity.com/doc/355309/album/553427 (Montreal architecture)
www.ipernity.com/doc/355309/album/534809 (my project, 6-7 pics about architecture)

Thanks in advance!

Danyel

In general I find your Montreal pictures far better than the other ones. Reason from my point of view is that you have been very careful about symmetries which is so very important in architectural photography. One of the pictures of Santorini is very good, however the other is lacking brightness and color. In case you cannot get the most important parts of a building on one picture just try to give the picture a rather sophisticated angle by turning the camera up.
I think architectural photography is really difficult. One often ends with either dull realistic pictures or pictures that hardly reflects the soul of a building.
