album.getList requires user_id

If I invoke album.getList a user_id is required, but its documented as optional.

The parameter describtion in the documentation:
"The ID of the user to get an album list for. (If not specified, the calling user is assumed)"

The result without user_id:

Yes, user_id is mandatory if the API call is not authenticated with the user token! :)

one idea:
it would be nice to have an api-method "getAvailableFunctions" that returns available function-signatures in condition of
* being logged in
* being pro-member
* being group member/moderator/admin
(have i missed some possible constraint?)
