Adobe Lightroom / Discussions

How are people using Lightroom? What's your workflow? Do you do everything in Lightroom, from importing to post-processing, or do you switch to other software for certain tasks? If so, which tasks and whY?

Personally, I import my (mainly RAW) pics straight from the camera (400D) using Windows, and then manually add the new folder into Lightroom. I'm sure there is a way to get Lightroom to import directly from the camera, but it's never worked for me.

I do basic exposure, cropping work, etc. in Lightroom, but then I sometimes move pics into CS3 for more complex edits.

Anyone care to share their usage habits?
