About the group Buddha goes Pop

Intention of this group is to show images of Buddha in contexts of commerce, advertisement, lifestyle products etc. There is something about the Buddha which people seem to like and what they use, more or less conscious, to bring about a message. Sometimes it is an ad, sometimes is a statue placed in a restaurant which gives the place a certain air. Sometimes there are strange combinations, sometimes it's just one more exploitation, sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's an explicit message or it is art. In no way this is meant to be something like a devaluation. It is just for showing religious content in modern life context!
