Is there an exception for art?

Sometimes you have a well-known piece of art, like Michelangelo's David and yet some people seem to get all worked up because he's nude. Now of course I don't want to say here on ipernity the world class great art gets uploaded, but still there's some pretty good stuff.

Would it be an idea to exclude pictures from content rating when they receive an extraordinary number of votes or otherwise get a very good rating so that despite having content filtering it is still possible for the one or other controversial picture to surface. I don't know how sophisticated your voting system is, but it may be an idea.
