ipernity: Group: Flickr Refugees

flickr usernames

Hi Friends!

I was going to start a group with this name, then discovered it already existed!! Thanks so much!!!!

The only thing I was going to do differently was to ask people (when posting a photo - or maybe even when they comment) to include their old flickr usernames in order to help us find old friends.

What do people think?

Valfal

I was Valjfal on Flickr, but was able to drop the letter j out of the user name when I signed on here. It's the username that I wanted there, but it was already taken. I guess this is why ipernity should be my home :-)

I dropped my flickr user name ThreadedThoughts after I noticed the last couple of letters of my user name were stepping on other user names of the thumbnail photos of other users. I put it in my banner behind my name.

I notice that you have only joined this group. If you are looking for comments, one way is to join a group that is relevant to you, then make some comments on others' photos. (Please excuse me if I'm being out of line - only trying to help people get what they want from ipernity!)
