This group is public.
Decisive Moments, the term first coined by Henri Cartier-Bresson are what separate photography from painting as a legitimate art form. The greatest skill a photographer can poses, is that of seeing and anticipating -a coming together or the making -of a picture. It requires timing above all but also artistry, wit and an eye. This group is for those that wish to carry on the tradition of capturing a fleeting moment. This is not a group for pretty pictures of pretty flowers, your kids, pink/orange/violet sunsets, self portraits or of photographers taking pictures of something (unless artistic merit requires it to emphasize a point).
