I have a Yashica Electro GX with a fixed 40mm lens which I find very good, but I really have no choice! I really need an Olympus XA. Then I'll be happy. For a while!

I really like to have a 28mm, but right now my budget does not allow me to buy it.
so summicron 35 is going fine :)

Slightly off topic, but... at the moment I'm using a 35mm which with the 1.6 crop factor is just over 55mm. Being an f2 lens it's small and less noticeable than a zoom or its L series big brother.

Having said that I like the 40mm Nokton f1.4 on my Bessa. It produces wonderful results, but as yet I don't have a scanner that can do it justice, that is transferring analog data into the digital realm.

Right now, I sent my summicron 35mm to Leica to repair it, I bought a Nokton 40mm f1.4, it is so so small and sharp, fantastic lens !

I have to agree with moty66, the 40mm Nokton is a wonderful lens.

However I've been shooting with an OM4-Ti using the 50mm f1.8. I like the results, but it isn't as sharp as the Nokton. It's more a case of favouring the camera's other characteristics; bright viewfinder and spot metering system. It's an even smaller more compact camera than my Bessa which makes it a great street shooter (although the shutter makes a very definite clunk sound).

Most of my stret photographs I made with a Canon EF 28mm 1:1.8
I would love to have a 28mm with similar quality to the Canon EF 35mm 1:1.4 L but until then I recently switched to that
