Hi.
I'm looking to buy lens for macro work on an 350D body. Right now, I'm comparing this two lenses:
EF-S 60 mm f/2.8 Macro USM
EF 100 mm f/2.8 Macro USM
Do you have experience with any or can recommend some other model/brand?

Try a tag search on ipernity for photos tagged macro or 60mm
here's an example of my macro shots (98% done with EF-S 60mm)

There are two points important for your decision
a) EF-S (for crop camera) vs. EF for full frame
if you are planning to go to a full frame camera: EF-S will not work on a 'big' body like 1D or so
b) the price
the EF is more expensive
In my humble opinion
the performace of both lenses is excellent and can be compared (keeping the above facts in mind)
