respected club members of ipernity,

We have audited the financial statements of the ipernity Members Association for the financial year from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Based on the findings of our audit, the financial statements comply in all material respects with the legal requirements and give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Association. It accurately presents the opportunities and risks of future development.
