Yes, of course. But mostly it´s overdone when I see clouds which are colored by the photographer and when they look like - well - like my photo. ;-)
Yes, I shot in RAW. And yes, sometimes I do some post-processing at my photos, but in nearby all cases it is just to get an result which is most equal to the view I got when I take the photo. Mostly there is a little light missing (I tend to underlighten my photos...) so I give a little more gamma - sometimes it might be a _little_ bit of saturation, but I dislike it when photos made to a complete other look. Yes, then it´s art - but not the kind of photography I prefer - the documentary one - it´s modified art. It´s allowed to modify photos, yes, but in such cases the photographer should mentony what he has done... which wasn´t done in most of the times. You see just a total oversaturated photo and don´t know how it was looking in natural - not even by using the ipernity-function of a photo inside a photo. I could change my !16 minutes ago" - photo so it´s looking equal like this one - of course - but in this case I should mentony it...
