I baked again! I love this dough...the face is crispy and hard, inside is soft.
this was 2nd time I bake this. I measured. this is 2 of this dough recipe. but I hate and bad at numbers, so please try other numbers..too if it seems something wrong;

1*. mix 2 cup wheat flour, 1 cup enriched flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon dry yeast in the bowl.

2*. mix 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar in 1 1/3 cup tepid water.

3. pour 2* to 1* and mix it well with something not your hand. the dough is really soft like more than chewing gum.

4. lap the bowl and leave at warm place like somebody's tigh.

5. put some wheat flour on the bord, take the dough out and make the shape, put it on the oven pan and cover it little wet cloth, leave it for 10 min on somebody's tigh.
the dough is really soft, put wheat flour on your hand and move your hands to not to drop it.

6. take the cloth, shape it better, make it thiner and bake.

7*. before it starts get brown, put souce and vegetables.
