russian type bread
no animal stuff.

2 cups whole wheat 全粒粉
1 cup all purpose flour  強力粉
1 and1/3 tea spoon dry yeast  ドライイースト
1 tea spoon suger  砂糖
1 tea spoon salt  塩
1 cup (and 2,3 more table spoon, if you like to) tepid water ぬるま湯
2 table spoon wine vinegar (or vinegar) ワインビネガー(お酢)

suger, salt, tepid water and wine vinegar. add them to 2 table spoon whole wheat. ( from 2 cup whole wheat)
mix them well and leave it 15 min.

lest of whole wheat, all purpose flour and dry yeast. mix them in a bowl, add 1* and knead. mix in enough, so dough leaves the side of the bowl.

take dough and knead fold it toward you, with heels of hands. 10-min.

make dough a ball, put in the bowl rap the bowl and leave it in warm place. about 28℃. 1 hour.

knead dough and make the shape. make 1 line cuts or cross cuts or so and put it on the pan. cover it with a dry dishcloth, and rap it. leave it in warm place for 15-30min.

take off the dishcloth and rap. bake in 220℃ preheated oven for 20-25min.

my dog loves this bread so much, you can use rye too.
