"Marvin, You're the Man" - Digable Planets 

This is a very special track for me. A mixture of jazz/big-band, funk, soul and rap. So, all the styles I love in so called 'black music'. Kind of one of my absolute favorite songs of this kind... alone because it's just a very unique piece of music (even if I have examples that tried something similar later).

It's taken from the tribute-recording for Marvin Gaye compiled in 1995 (that I'm proud to have and love since about 1996). I already recommended this CD on this pic:
