The wild carrot has one of the prettiest seed heads. I have taken a couple of photos of them recently, but they heads are still looking very fresh compared to these.

They are beautiful in all stages... here winter is like your spring and the "dead" season is summer with the dry period (5 to 6 months without rain) and the very high temperatures
