One feels in a different world where words are superfluous.
This is my country !

Speaking of feeling in different worlds, as Jose was, for a Canadian this is indeed a different world. We think of our country as rock, trees, and lakes (well, a large part of it is). Now that Jose has pointed that out I'm appreciating these photos more. So thanks, Jose, and thanks, Xata.

Having reviewed several photos I also noticed another difference from Canadian landscape -- signs of human habitation. Lack of signs is of course typical of a lot of Western Hemisphere landscape.

This is the north of my country, a lot more habitated than the south except the coastal zone of course (like everywhere, unfortunately "concreted" for tourism). If you see my albums

or

www.ipernity.com/doc/xata/album/356745

you will see how diferent it is, a dryland with olive trees and green oaks...
Thanks for the visit and by the way this different world of yours makes me dream...specially in fall and winter.
