Postmarked January 30, 1906 at Toronto, to C. E. Roubaud Esq., 25 Strand Road, Calcutta, India: "Many thanks. Have you ever been to Canada? This ice mountain is wonderful. It did not form this year owing to our very mild winter. You can see the water falling to right of picture (Miss) Bessie Brock." [presumably a postcard exchange]

"This bridge divides Canada from the United States of America. It was this bridge that caused the Battle of Lundy Lane to be fought between USA & Great Britain. The Americans retiring after the battle. A monument is erected close by in Lundy Lane cemetery in rememberance [sic] of the men who fell in the battle." (written across entire back). This card is Valentine & Sons no. 108,052.

Mailed October 1, 1902 at Niagara Falls, N.Y. to an address in Austria. Interesting looking receiver cancels.

Postmarked Dickson, Alta., on June 24, 1910 and addressed to Mrs. H. R. Fabricus, 843 Jasper Av., Edmonton, Alta. Card published by the Nicklis Co., Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Posted August 13, 1912 with a Humber Bay, Ont. split-ring cancel to Miss C. Crowhurst, Port Carling, Muskoka: "Dear Clara, I received your card and was [happy?] to hear from you. Ma is not as well as when you went a way. Love to you all and Maggrey, Annie. -- You'll have to excuse, the Baby is on one [k]nee when I'm writing these. Good-bye."
