Men Working

Men Working
Besides the vivid colors, I was wondering why no organization claiming for parity had requested a change such as "Men AND Women working" yet. I have never seen a woman working on a building site though

Mitch 2014, Patty Jesberger, peppeg, soladio have particularly liked this photo

hhmmm "Men AND Women working" doesn't fit at the caution label :o)
YES -- vivid colors -- GREAT

It's a subliminal social sub conscious makeup thing where deep in our brain we see ""men" working" to mean stay alert as heavy physical activity that can lead to injury near by (unless the men are on their 3 Hr. lunch break). Similarly are those WET FLOOR signs in 10 languages but, usually only see a man slipping on a wet floor as in our subliminal social value it would be disrespectful to show a woman falling/slipping. NOT SAYING THEY ARE OK just how hundreds of thousands of years of social makeup weighing on our present sub conscious mind. What i find interesting is the sign did not get the message as it seems it has been in several accidents (crushed - crunched) & you captured it well by using the light perfecly.
