Thanks dW
We have a very changeable weather, from sunshine to hail.
It has been quite cold and a lot of rain.

Fog, mostly, over here. The Lake is still VERY much colder than normal, due to our Winter From Hell, and the warm, moist air from the Gulf makes fog when it hits the air over the Lake.

Did you just desaturate a colour photo, or did you shoot it in monochrome with a deep-red filter effect?
If CS5 is anything like 7.0, there are lots of ways to make a B&W photo out of a colour one, with various means of balancing out the different colour responses.

I use CS5 combined with Lightroom 4, changing very fast with different combinations.
I always start with color and change it later into b/w when it feels like it. I used in Lightroom the strong red filter and changed still something in the high lights
