On 8/8/13, after recovering from her spay three days earlier, Buttercup was released out on the foster family's farm. Thankfully, Buttercup has been seen returning to the steps to eat. We are hoping that Jester, the resident outdoor feline, doesn't run Buttercup off the property. Maybe, just maybe, the kids will be able to work with Buttercup enough to socialize her. Will she be another Heidi?

I hope she will be another Heidi, but only time will tell. Each cat is different. At least Buttercup won't be having more babies and she has food and shelter. She has a chance at a good life, especially if she will let people help her.
