Death Valley Cabin

Death Valley Cabin
After leaving the Bishop area, we made our way down into Death Valley proper to spend a night at an old miner's cabin I knew about. This was only my second time here. It's very far off normal routes and requires a 4WD vehicle to reach. I don't know much about the history of this old cabin.

Anyone can stay here, for free, if you can find it. All is asked is that you leave it better than you found it. Inside is a small (non-functional) kitchen, wood stove, and two beds. (Photos coming). My friends JP and Jenni, slept inside, while I slept on my cot on the porch.

Location will not be disclosed.

Yes, and it helps that not many people know where it is.
