Wonderful texture and density of tonal variation across the skin. The subject matter is a great contrast against the ISO1600 white background.
I'm trying to find a reason for the ISO1600?
Were you looking to add some in-camera noise to equate a specific look or atmosphere.

Yes, it's the reason. There were suffisant light for less ISO (f11, 1/500 sec)
