Das ist eine "weibliche" Mühle zum Mahlen von Korn / Getreide. Diese ist so konzipiert, dass die Flügel nicht so viel Wind benötigen, um in Schwung zu kommen. Da hier nicht so viel Kraft von Nöten ist, traut man wohl auch Frauen die Bedienung zu. So kam es zur Bezeichnung "Molina".

Die leichte Bauweise gefällt mir. Dass sie leichter zu bedienen ist, ist sicher von Vorteil.
