Cool concept, very well done! Let me see if I got this right: "when you focus on control you loose part of your privacy and freedom"

Thank you.
I have been thinking about doing this for a while but couldn't quite get it right - but now I just had to post this.

You got the idea allright, although I would like it better if it showed more clearly, how taking pieces away from "freedom" and "privacy" to build "control" the first two loose in integrity and coherence.

I use "control" instead of "security" because I am starting to think that all the implementations of surveillance technology and legislative acts to render them "constitutional" do not aim for more "security" or "safety" but simply for more "control".
I believe that the critics only play along if they adopt this terminology - it is hard to argue against more "security/safety". They accept the "rules of the game" which are defined by those pressing further in their intent to establish more "control".

Oh! I didn't reach that far. You could try to underline your idea with a title like "Give and take" or something like that.

And I agree with you. By definition control is indeed opposed to freedom and privacy, while security isn't related to them. One can definitely be free and safe...

Might need some more experimenting in composition but I wanted to realise the idea.

I really liked this one. I hold a blog about privacy (in spanish, sorry!, www.versvs.net ) and i really appreciate this shot. The concept is wonderful.

Thank you very much.

Great to hear about your blog, took a quick peek and you seem to cover quite a broad range of privacy-related topics, from technology such as RFID to concepts such as that of "intellectual property".
I'm always glad about people being vigilant concerning their - and consequently everybody's - civil liberties and human rights.
Keep it up.
