setnatural | boundaries
we have different natural boundaries or feelings which show us the boundaries. fear and shame for example. never said don't cross them, but listen to your body and ask yourself when do they show up and why. there are always reasons for them and if you're feeling one of them, try to hold on and get used to the situation and if you need ... make a step back. maybe you're not ready yet. next time it's much better for sure and you're strong enough to pass them. you need to know your own before other people are able to know your boundaries, otherwise you'll allow them them to cross and you'll get hurt. respecting other people boundaries is important too.
