Homemade Zucchini Tomato Gratin
Thin zucchini and tomato slices stacked in a bowl and smothered with crème fraîche and freshly grated parmigiano cheese. Spiced with nutmeg, freshly grated mustard seeds, salt and pepper, and (if you like it hot) chili slices. Topped with mozzarella cheese and baked for 30 minutes. Decorated with dried chili strands and a twig of fresh rosemary.
