Zucchini Tomato Gratin 


An aromatic gratin of thinly sliced zucchini and tomatos, with a sauce of cream, crème fraîche, egg yolks and freshly grated parmigiano cheese, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked. Decorated with a fresh rosemary twig and dried flower petals.
