I think this might be the work of this artist JR, he worked in Israel and Cisjordanie sticking Muslim and jewich funny faces on public walls, http://www.dailymotion.com/jr and also his wiki page: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/JR_%28photographe%29

Marc Berrebi followed the JR team through Israël meeting the population. This give such a different point of view from the media about the place. A must see movie :)
