Araluen Valley
A very wide (180 degree) panorama of the Araluen Valley and its surrounds. When the bushrangers visited this area (see PiP/previous image), they retreated back into the hills in the centre. View large. HFF and have a great weekend.

Thanks so much for your comment on my Oregon Junco / Happy Holidays picture! And as for the forthcoming Horsehair worm picture...no way Jose! :D I didn't take a picture...yeah, it crossed my mind, but well...it's a WORM...and people would be sickened to a green state of misery if they looked at such a thing. I mean...*I* don't mind earthworms but at a macro level... "ewwww" is too kind a description! :D So a Horsehair worm was not going to become immortalized by me! :D
