This magnificent tree is in a magnificent national park. Memories of working at broadcast/telecoms site at the top of the mountain. This includes about a 15km drive up the hill in the morning and the return run in the afternoon through the eucalypt bush and volcanic rock outcrops.

Yes, it's a great and under-appreciated place, it seems most people are more intent on the Warrumbungles and drive right by!
