Heading home

Heading home
The Dash-8-200 aircraft arriving to take us home. This gives some idea of the tightness of the airstrip, tucked between hills - it is only about 860M long and these aircraft are among the few airliners that can use it. HFF everyone, and best wishes for the weekend.

Thank you, Tanja. Yes, can be a fairly demanding little airstrip, especially in the wrong wind conditions.

Thank you, Amelia. I gather that balancing trick takes years of practice. :-) It was marvelous and I can see us returning at some stage.
