Pied Currawong

Pied Currawong
The Pied Currawong (Strepera graculina) is an Australian bird, but Lord Howe Island has its own sub-species which can be identified by a thicker beak. This one, photographed watching me as I walked past, has no fewer than four bands on its legs.
