Rhisiart Hincks - Yes - snails are better, they have shells which makes them easier to pick up! :-)

Old folky-Dokie - They ate my Aconite, and not a single dead one to be seen! This one I spared, cast it onto the compost heap! :-)

Aconite, or Monk's Hood, is a flowering, and very poisonous plant! Mine never managed to flower!

Thanks. I typed it in and read all about it. It does have pretty flowers, and it seems the root is the real toxic part and even used on arrows for hunting and war in the past. Most interesting.
