Remove "Log on with Facebook or other services".

Because a lot of people stay signed in, they do not see this page, so it is not the best place for the announcement in yellow box.
In fact this should be a very simple form, for the one job of "Login".
Remove Donate button, add to footer (it was only here as the easiest place to add at the time, and the yellow button is now on the front page that is seen before this).

Indeed the "Log on with Facebook or other services" should be removed if it doesn't work. But at first it should be decided whether the possibility to link an ipernity account to social media accounts like Facebook shall be part of the reprogramming. In my view this shouldn't be the top priority. But if we want to attract new users it might be worth considering to offer such a functionality. There are billions of users of social media sites like Facebook or Twitter. For them it might more convenient if they are able to register and sign in with an existing social media account.
