WOoo HOoooo Finally I have my first "Sunset over the Sea Shot"...this was taken at Semaphore Jetty...Adelaide... South Australia....... ps I am Still dusting of the sand!!..heheh!

I Haven't seen one these fellows for years..so it was a nice surprise to see one this morning... LARGE Christmas beetles (Anoplognathus) range from 15 - 40 mm in size and belong to the Scarab family (over 3000 species in Australia)

Sylvester was up on the roof this morning looking out over his kingdom....usually I will bring him in before leaving for work...But ..no way I was climbing up after this "King".....heheh ...... He had come back down to earth by the time I had arrived home…
