How it's done: set up on granite countertop on kitchen island. (double wide, double long) Dark sheet put up as a backdrop. Camera set on other side of island. Canon speedlite 580 EX set just off center on master setting. ISO speed of 800 and no other lighting in kitchen. (this was taken at night) Apt F4 with my 24-105mm. Exposure Program: Aperture priority AV.

Post Production: CS2: selective color, upping red, yellow tones. One quick pass at sharpening.
