nice try with the rain drops on it, but not as sharp as it could be. i know: it looks good on the LCD-display, but back home, you find it's not sharp enough.
you might try sharpen it with software - and usually it adds some noise, so you have to get rid of the noise, or you might try high pass sharpening, or you might try softening the photo, to camouflage the fact that it's not so sharp. good softening might do the trick, and make it more appealing.

Yep, I’d realised it was a bit soft-edged: I’m still getting to grips with the zoom. It’s a good idea to try softening the whole thing, although — given the pinkness of the flower — I’m worried it might end up looking just a little too saccharine.
