La Gomera in Sicht. Wohltuend das Panorama der Inselhauptstadt San Sebastián de la Gomera: Keine Bettenburgen, nett eingebettet ins Tal, farbenfrohe und weiße Häuser. Die größte Stadt der Insel hat auch nur etwa 4.500 Einwohner und ist bei näherem Hinsehen keinen langen Aufenthalt wert - aber so als Einstimmung ganz OK... | Arriving in La Gomera. The capitol of the island is San Sebastián de la Gomera, which is despite being a capitol rather small: only 4,500 inhabitants, and no large concrete hotels! The small houses are either colurful or simply white. Sounds good? Yes - but San Sebastian is only a place to arrive, not one to stay...
