na, wenn, dann italienisch Zabaglione. Oder französisch Sabayone. Das ist Ladbergisch ;-)
Weinschaumcreme ginge auch, aber da kommen sicher wieder haken auf die diversen e's

es gibt wohl diese Schreibweisen:
Zabaglione oder Zabaione, in Frankreich Sabayon ;-)))
also alles vertreten für die Weinschaumcreme ;-)))
