royal naval hospital, greenwich , london
one of the moulds made for the coade stone plaques in the chapel, designed by west c. 1789. said to be for one of the pulpit roundels of the life of st. paul, a quick check shows that this is not the case. maybe this was a rejected design; it is known that coade's handed all of their moulds over to the hospital to ensure that they weren't reused elsewhere. now in the little museum here.
