For JF le Grec, from Charlie

For JF le Grec, from Charlie
1988.
Ana & I.
Near our home at the top of London, on Hampstead Heath.
A friend took photos with my Olympus, in heavy rain. Just before each shot, I lowered the umbrella.
Later, I had the idea to make photocopies of a few of them. This one has stood on our walls - London, Lisbon, VF Xira - in a frame ever since.
Last week, Ana asked me to put it online, so I had to take a photo of it. Result? As you can see, but we were/are not so elongated in reality!. Just very different now, as you will agree, JF:-))).

Xata, J C B, Annemarie, Elene have particularly liked this photo

A fantastic shot full of character. It holds the fascination of old times. Elongated? No problem. I think Don Quixote also was :))

It's a revolution, I suppose.
This is it, the apocalypse.
I feel it in my bones, enough to make my systems go,
Welcome to the New Age, to the New Age,
Radioactive, radioactive.

Maybe you haven't, Jan. We are unrecognisable. But me at least, the old, real me is BACK! That romantic rebel.....that's what counts to me:-). Ana has suffered too much in these years, but I'm here by her side.
