This is the MIGHTY COLORADO -- before it enters the famous Canyonlands & carves the Grand Canyon

This area combines the features you can see in Monument Valley with the canyon walls found further down stream.
Unlike other places, this road I had nearly all for myself. and finally weather cooperated from sunrise to sunset.
