Must be art. Way too big to spin. Before sunrise. Very quiet. Best time to get the feeling of an old city. The building to the left is the old town hall (1457). It has a little balcony (presumably for the cleaning stuff's cigarette-break) and a tiny little stand. Two feet wide and a feet out; with iron rings to fix hands and feet. Probably to pillory those bakers whose breads contented too much saw-dust. Or those who didn't pay their parking tickets. Who knows that?

I saw (and shot) something very similar at the Garden of Experiences in Cracow.
And I even climbed upon it and tried to balance - with no much success ;)

Well... not so similar, but...

Clever stuff, Adrian, Bravo!

At first, I was not sure if this was a large piece of modern sculpture, or a very cleverly photgraphed product made on the Wittman lathe!

Whatever, it's a great shot Adrian, but the idea of pillorying non paying parking offenders by chaining them to the wall, seems a bit over the top!

Best, Mike

A photo which is truly, one to make one's head spin! It amazes me how art and sculpture sometimes can become such an organic part of a cityscape or landscape! I really like it!
