Beauty and the Beast

Beauty and the Beast
This Rhagium bifasciatum or two-banded longhorn beetle was devouring Rhododendron stamens. This was hand held in fairly strong wind so not as sharp as I would of liked but still usable.
Thanks to Anne Sorbes for the identification. www.ipernity.com/home/a.sorbes

Beautiful light and colors, superb beetle. It looks a lot like Rhagium bifasciatum.
