LOL. I used to get these too, but the preliminary diagnosis (in lack of real evidence, although they did zillions of blood tests) was that it's a) iron deficiency, b) hormone imbalance, c) my imagination, d) they had no clue. Since this was 7 years ago and I'm still alive (and still get these "bruises" occasionally but not as often anymore), I'm not going to worry about it. They first showed up after I got the chicken pox at age 40, and they messed up my system quite a bit, so it wasn't too surprising (my own diagnosis).

*LMAO* You too!!! In my case I have to confess to be the aggressor; I have a habit of running around the house, in the dark or not, and sometimes I miscalculate. Still, some tables manage to catch me at low speeds even - this movement would explain it... ;-)
