I just read some history of post offices in Finland, and that yellow actually has been their color for almost 200 years! The yellow symbolizes the color of brass instrument.

Yes, the Tampere main office recently moved to new location, and these are indeed very new lockers. Notice how some lockers does not even have locks there yet, and some of them still wrapped in plastic.

This is really not large area =D If you turn left, there's almost immediately a window and wall. Notice the numbers on lockers, which are supposedly on some reasonable order.
