Fossil, Hotel Frederick
The Hotel Frederick on the Missouri River in Boonville, MO, is a state historical landmark and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Called the best example of Romanesque Revival architecture in the region, it was built in 1905 and features all original unpainted woodwork inside.

The rooms feature updated glassed-in baths, contemporary furnishings and period accents.

A tile in the lobby features a fossil embedded in the surface.
